Guest at LouLou: We are delighted to welcome Gerhard Triebaumer from Weingut Ernst Triebaumer for this evening of culinary pleasure. The family-run estate in Rust, on Lake Neusiedl, is among Austria’s most renowned producers, with a strong focus on biodynamic methods and sustainable farming. With great passion, Gerhard and his brother Herbert combine tradition and innovation — practicing sheep grazing in the vineyards, beekeeping, humus cultivation, and gentle cellar techniques. A special focus is placed on their Blaufränkisch “Mariental”, a site regarded as legendary among Austria’s red wines.
